I CARE FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Psyche Psychology & Psychologist organize Mental Health Awareness Seminar to create a better understanding of mental health and its importance in everyday life.
The session will focus on helping participants understand why mental health matters, how psychological well-being affects our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily functioning, and why taking care of our mental health is essential.
A key focus of the seminar will be early signs of mental health difficulties. Participants will learn to recognize common warning signs in themselves and others and understand the importance of seeking timely support when needed.
The seminar aims to make mental health awareness simple, practical, and accessible for everyone. Through open discussion and real-life examples, we hope to reduce misconceptions and encourage people to take mental health seriously.
Our message is simple: Mental health deserves awareness, understanding, and care.
